With their eye firmly on creating a high quality visitor experience, BiBO were commissioned to support Emily Estate with developing operational information; a masterplan record of the estate’s buildings, infrastructure and features, base garden planting plans, access and security schematics – the dry stuff!

But having demonstrated our love for beautiful systems and technology, we were also responsible for developing concept design and technical tender information for several individual attractions including the Caterpillar gourd frame, Wyvern Grotto, and first oak-shake clad buggy shelter.

This project fundamentally changed BiBO’s approach to placemaking and regeneration, with exposure to wild vision, business strategy and an all-important holistic approach to investing for the benefit of future generations.
