BiBO were commissioned to develop an experiential and subsequent connectivity strategy for this heritage town centre. These outputs were to then underpin proposals for tangible deliverables under the awarded Future High Street fund.

Our service built upon lived experience and a working understanding of local values, relevance and socio-economic forces to develop a framework designed for long-term flexibility and consistency as different funding opportunities (present/future, public/private) became available. This is one of BiBO’s flagship projects, demonstrating the incalculable value and impact of longitudinal ethnography and participatory placemaking.
