We assisted the client in determining a deliverable and viable use for the site that pushed its potential beyond the typical Class Q conversion to deliver a long term income generating business proposition.

BiBO’s service included a masterplan and detailed architectural design including interpreting the client’s original brief to identify lucrative uses for the site. This consequently led to coordinating the business case as well as overseeing the consultant team to achieve planning permission.

We are proud to have secured a legitimate planning consent for a new business in the open countryside, considerate of its context and environment that once delivered should be a nice place to be. As a project it demonstrates what is possible with the right client, team, and approach to deliver interesting projects in challenging places… everyone needs to be pulling in the same direction.
