Using inclusive participatory visual methods of engagement, we worked with underrepresented groups to determine what might make a place welcoming in future. Our work was in the delivery of stakeholder engagement workshops and the dissemination of findings to an extensive array of delivery consultants.

The greatest achievement of the project was establishing a succinct set of success performance indicators that could be implemented at various development stages of the projects delivery – all entirely derived from qualitative data supplied by lay-people.

This project was shortlisted for the 2022 Planning Awards for Best Engagement, and now sits as part of the project delivery briefing material.
