This project was an exercise in best practice early engagement at pre-viability and feasibility stages to develop a way forward that would ensure support from key stakeholders while also satisfying an overarching financial and experiential client brief.
Review of the existing facilities and developing an awareness of sensitivities of the local community enabled our team to develop high level strategic parameters for developing and soft-testing eventual proposals that might be brought forward.
Our work comprised discussive workshops and a thorough report exploring all of the options potentially available to enable Board members to tangibly engage with and gain initial support from senior officers within the local authority.
