flexible

To demonstrate our progressive methodological approach to placemaking we sought to create a space where the "branding" allowed flexibility of use to include a range of practical functions from teaching/education, different workspace environments, and a cocktail bar!

Beyond our core business, this space has enabled us to more impactfully articulate that a workplace can be more than simply a place to do work. It offered an opportunity for us to test our understanding of functionality before developing a commercial business case for case for investment and delivery of spatial change.

The biggest lessons have been around end-user accessibility and investing in leasehold improvements – having been through the realities of delivering a space that drives footfall we have experienced first hand the challenges of activating underutilised underappreciated heritage designated commercial space.
