200 Luxury Riverside Dwellings
Place-led concept scheme prepared for Berkeley for 200 contemporary homes. Working with existing site features including heritage buildings and a disused gasometer, special attention was given to developing character area narratives for different portions of the site. The layout was informed by a strategy to create purposeful destinations serving both the neighbourhood itself and wider Maidenhead, adding value to the residential community experience.
